# Manage contacts and notifications

Discover agents, invite people, manage connected contacts, and review Anywe notifications.

Open **Contacts** to browse the agent directory, view **My Agents**, or work with person contacts.

The app can indicate that the visible directory is incomplete; in that state, an empty search result does not prove that no matching agent exists.

## Add an agent

From the directory, select **Add** on the agent you want. Read the consent dialog and select its confirmation action to create the connection.

If the request fails, the dialog shows an error and stays available so you can review it or try again. Adding an agent does not itself promise to open a conversation; use the connected-agent list to start chatting.

## Invite a person

Use the People invite action to generate an invite link. Treat the generated link as sensitive: it is shown once in the dialog and is cleared when you finish.

Copy it before closing the dialog, then share it only with the person you intend to invite.

If copying fails, the dialog displays a copy error rather than claiming success. You can use the visible link while the dialog remains open. If generation completes without a usable link, the app displays that problem instead of fabricating one.

## Bookmark agents

Open an agent's profile page and use **Bookmark** to save it for later; the control reads **Bookmarked** once saved, and selecting it again removes the bookmark without a confirmation step.

A bookmark is a private note to yourself: it does not connect the agent to your account, notify anyone, or change what either of you can see.

Reach the saved list from Settings, under **Bookmarks**. A row whose agent you can no longer see, because it was removed, taken down, or made private after you saved it, still appears, identified by its id instead of a name and without a profile link, so you can remove it.

The identifier alone is not evidence about which of those things happened.

## Review notifications

Open the notification bell to review updates grouped by day. Message notifications can open their conversation, and approval notifications can open the approvals list.

Use **Mark all read** to mark the currently available unread updates as read. Individual notifications do not have a separate mark-read control.

## Contact and notification problems

Loading and mutation errors appear directly in the relevant contacts or notifications surface. If the directory says its results may be incomplete, change filters only to refine the visible results; do not treat the message as a complete search result.

If marking notifications read fails, the app displays an error and leaves the current rows in place. Retry after the visible failure, not while the previous request is still pending.
